Hooters Casino Las Vegas Making Changes in 2013

A announcement has been made that the Hooters Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will be going through some major renovations in 2013.  According to stories, a group from the Hard Rock Hotel will be involved in the changes.

I have been going to Hooters casino in Las Vegas, from the day it opened.  Not really sure why the property has not worked out.  It is in a great location, across from the MGM Grand Casino.
